Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across India at no extra charge.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, ExpressBees, and Amazon Logistics.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders in 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 4–5 working days after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹500.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, but an unboxing video is mandatory.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.) within 7–10 working days after approval.
