🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At BuyCareFree, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

✅ Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • You raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.

  • You provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.

⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📦 Return Process

  1. Email your return request to support@buycarefree.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video

  2. Once reviewed, our team will notify you whether your return has been approved.

  3. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner within 2–4 business days.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund process.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via bank transfer for COD orders.

  • Please allow 7 to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after approval.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

  • Return requests made after 5 days of delivery.

  • Return requests without the required unboxing video.

📢 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria.

  • If the returned item is found ineligible upon inspection, no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned back to you at your request and cost.

  • We do not charge any restocking or return fees, unless specifically stated.
