1. 🛍️ General Terms

  • These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services offered via BuyCareFree.com.

  • We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. 📝 Account Registration

  • You may browse our website without registering, but to place an order or access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. 💳 Payment & Pricing

  • We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • In case of a payment failure or system error, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.

4. 🚚 Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, excluding delays due to public holidays, curfews, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • For COD orders, order confirmation via phone or WhatsApp is mandatory. Unverified COD orders will not be dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. 🔄 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, only if supported by a proper unboxing video.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection and are credited within 7 to 15 working days.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory, and a flat ₹150 shipping fee applies.

6. ❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • Post-dispatch cancellations are not permitted.

  • Frequent cancellations may result in your account being permanently blocked and reported to other online sellers.

7. 📦 Product Availability & Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure all product information is accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content is error-free.

  • In the event of an error or unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.

8. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the site.

  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or place false orders.
